Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the shipping options available for it.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delays can happen during sales, festivals, weather disruptions or courier issues. If your order is running late, write to us and we will chase it.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking details. You can also see your order status in My account.

Damaged or wrong parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged or tampered with, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ninetails.blog with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right under our Returns & Refunds policy.
