These terms apply when you browse or buy from ninetails.blog. Ninetails is operated by Aditya Jagtap, 002, C-Wing, Bldg No. 2, Sakshi Park 2, Malewadi, Matheran Road, New Panvel, Maharashtra, India (hello@ninetails.blog). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). If we find an error in a price or listing, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, a payment fails, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. Warranty service is provided by the brand or its authorised service centre.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, Ninetails is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
